  1. When it's cold the air often become very dry. And yes humidity can impact a lot. I live somewhat north of Stockholm and in winter if it is around -20. I come from the north of Sweden where it might be around -30 celsius or colder) you can typically wear clothes and be comfortable but if I take the train to Stockholm and the water there is not yet frozen the cold eats into the bones even if it is a couple of degrees warmer.
