  1. A very interesting video. And very relevant, when I used to do ballet it was extremely high attention to hold and keep the right posture troughout up to the head. This to have the line trough which the bodyweight was distributed and the burden and reduce damage inflicted to the joints in hips, knees and ancles. So the the measure of the visual appearance in posture of the dancer in performance really do have a relevant physical/biological rationale to it.
