  1. Maybe they've tried a number of times. She's now accepting help to be able to have chemo which lowers the immunedefence. Before that she was perhaps not motivated at all, maybe she even got angry if someone tried to convince her to do away with things.

  4.  @annie_xo  Yeah, doing anything against her will could actually be viewed as criminal. She does not even seem bothered by her hoard but rather needsto do it to be able to have chemotherapy (a treatment that increases the risk of having infections).

  5. Yes, she seems nice now, butshe's seriously ill. We don't know if the sons tried to help her clean out thingsmany times before and been rejected.
