Though I was impressed when Stacy caught up with them and apologized for her antics. Similar when she backed away from the fish and chips in the pub afterwards. Usually I'd think that most can be approved even if not that often, but perhaps it's necessary with a full stop of the unhealthy foods to stop the craving of it. After all, there so much healthy food that is sound nutritious yet still delicious.

Especially walking downwards can put a strain on the knees of even normalweigth people, and I think Vince was the heaviest of them. I hope he continued though by motivation of the progress he made while he was tagging along.

@deborahtanner354 Though Vince did not have the same behaviour as Hayley, it was the constant negativity from Hayley that became a burden to the others who had it about as tough as her. She became offended if they tried in various ways to get her to cheer up.

@lushpapaya9932 She seemed to use her kids as an excuse to eating unhealthy, not excercising and being isolated. And then she was bullied in school, which presumably most in the group have been. But I found her pretty unlikeable for going on how she's been sitting home, not eating well and no excercise because she has two kids.

Sure, hearing someone constantly complaining while yourself is just as knackered add extra burden to the activity. Even more if you're being told off no matter how you try to get the person out of that negative mindset.
