The scary thing is that this documentary was made a while ago and I believe that it's more common to see people his size these days. He is still able to walk even if strained.

@zubin081 Though joking as much about one's flow is often to attempt to suffocate sorrow. Esp if he was a wrestler in his youth he was likely not enjoying having a physical capacity as 70+ years when he's actually in his 40s. Pathetic comes from the greek word for suffering, "pathos". He is not really enjoying his food when he eat alone, wanting to give the impression that he orders for like an AW with 5-10 people when he calls for a couple of pizzas, cheezeburgers etc.
