@GusMcGuire Most trans people are probably going about their life, the issue is presumably more with self identification, activism around treatment of kids who are too young to give relevant consent to experimental treatment. If you were a gay woman and see your dating spheres frequently visited by males who don't even bother to pass as a woman but claiming to identify as a woman you might start to feel a bit political about it. There are quite plenty of gay and trans people who don't join pride parades anymore because it has become more of an expose where too many goes to display their fetishes and see if they can shock anyone. Or the political lens when there's a want to remove the word "women" at information leaflets about medical care concerning female reproductive organs even. There have been attempts to transplant them but a person born as a man do not need to check for cervix cancer or infection in uterus.
