  1. Typically you're absolutely right. But there's something odd with the mom's perception. Or if she acts as it is. In the beginning, when Maddie was considered missing and they interviewed Jennifer about whether Madeleine would be able to state her home number and address if she was in a position to need help and having the possibility to ask someone for help (since they said Maddie had forgot her phone and left it at home and that had happened some times before). Jennifer said: "No". !?!? While Madeleine had ADHD it didn't seem to impact her enormously, from what I understand she was in a normal class and not special need. I would think among the first things kids in age 6 or 7 learn when they start is to write their name, address and phone number in their books (and friends' addressboks). But Madelaine wouldn't know that basic info at age 13?!?!
