@Baldwin's PropGun yes they have, the literal call for this accident was a set member blaming it on the DA because he was supposed to check if it had rounds in it.

@Baldwin's PropGun he didn’t check the gun because he was told it was a cold gun. He didn’t pull the trigger, he unholstered in fast like a duel and it went off. The woman was standing in front of him to capture the shot. Alec was not the director. Crew were using the gun earlier that morning for target practice, and never took the bullets out, nor told anyone they were still in, as well as the AD didn’t even check before he yelled it was a cold gun, nor did the armorer check. It’s obviously why he fled the state, to go home. Armorer was on set.
