Again, Ive been hearing about these circumstances in Africa and Middle East for decades and have contributed to relief. Why is it still happening. Where have donations from the west gone! Appeal after appeal on National Television before the internet, now I'm inundated with these appeals on social media. Where have the donations of millions of working and middle class contributors gone. Afghanistan should be one of the wealthiest countries in the planet with the Opium trade. What has the west done to them that they continue to live in poverty!

@AhJodie I'm not blaming this man or any of the Afghans. I blame the west for abusing their economy and not providing them with safe housing, drainage and community infrastructure. The Opioid trade in the west through pharmaceutical companies should have provided for them in comfortable living. The west is notorious for pillaging resources for their own benefit throughout third world countries.
