Give the established homes in Israel to the Arab Palestinians and let them all live in peace together as they did under the Ottoman Empire. Qatar leadership to distribute wealth, homes and handle the economy and trade route as well as installing a Police Force to keep the peace. Dissolve IDF and give them jobs cleaning up the mess they created under the supervision of a Qatar appointed building industry. Rename Palestine/Israel to whatever the Arabs decide.
