Unfortunately there are many omissions and distortions in the Qur'an that do not emphasise the Holy Spirit and what it means. Saul/Paul was a Roman soldier who had the benefit of a transformation from being a pagan to a Christian. He was a part of the crucifixion process and stumbled upon an apparition of Christ on the way to Damascus. As an Orthodox Christian I believe that the Bible is a compilation of events that were written by various people and canonized by the Holy Spirit inspired individuals of the time. I don't want to get too heavily involved in religious debate as my main motivation for being on the internet at the moment is to stay aware of current events and endeavour to be part of influencing a collective consciousness. @frankmartin8471 None of us can actually be sure of when he was born as humanity did not record birth and deaths at the time. Also we cannot be sure that the climate was different a couple of millenia ago and end of winter was in fact in December. None of us were alive at the time and much of historical events were written by victors and very speculative. Much gets lost in translation also from language to language.
