  2. VALIDIE , Assad's airpower is not what it's used to me, look at a current map of the conflict, huge parts of Syria are controlled by ISIS, opposition, Kurds etc, there is conflict everywhere. Second many of the refugees are not newly arrived, many left in the beginning of the conflict. no fly zone won't do shit in terms of refugees.
