  1. It may be hard for these people, from personal experience, it is even getting hard for college students and college grads. I know many of my friends who can't find work in their fields because they need to have 3-5 or more years of experience, even in entry level jobs. Not to mention the cut throat environment, in those few entry level positions, with hundred and hundreds of resume and people. Lets not forget people who have years of experience or worked in an industry all their lives seek entry level positions due to the economy or because they can't find jobs like the ones they had before. Fucking unbelievable,
