  1. You guys have it all wrong, mobile and wheeled armor is better for Mali. Tracked can’t outmaneuver mobile AQ and other rebels. Tanks are good defending major bases and as artillery.

  2.  @DefaultProphet  Mali is going about the war all wrong, technicals and motorbikes won’t do it good. Yeah the armored trucks etc are good. What they need are drones, airplanes like the Super Tucano, and helicopters. A mix of Rhodesian, and some Vietnam tactics of instant search and destroy missions would be great. This of course requires massive investment, training, and re-organization of the military.
