  4. Under Taliban there was beheadings, shootings in soccer stadiums, Extreme poverty, where they sold moldy bread to people in the streets, Not to mention the Ethnic Civil War among the different tribes and ethnic groups, a real model of stability, right?

You do know that many Afghan girls were traffiked into Pakistan and the Gulf States, during the Taliban years by Pakistani Militants, some Taliban sometimes fought them cause they deemed this wrong, other timesother Taliban factions ignored this, because the girls were not of the Taliban ethnic group, IE Pashtuns, but Tajik, Hazara etc, The whole Region is one big messed up shit, All Taliban factions are different becaue they have different commanders, so How about them apples?

Why two States and others are trying to legalize weed, Because they want to reduce Cartel and Drug Dealers Profits, :/ Most teens and adults don't have pot growing, that is why they buy them, so they would not get caught.
