  2. ***** Hey why don't you do research on the matter, there are white hat hacks who work with the government, trolling carding and other hacker sites to get info on black hackers schemes etc. That is why there is little trust in the community these days. Look into every high profile arrest of hackers. That being said it is nearly impossible to stop all hackers, diffenitly those who live abroad in Asia, and Eastern Europe etc. You obviously have no clue on the matter.
