  1. Gut feeling is your body-mind’s reaction to many subtle clues you’ve observed without being a body language expert! Something off with the clothing, the way someone walks, the tone, the eye contact, the choice words, the angle someone is standing or the distance, feeling something incongruent about the person… your senses detect those in a few seconds and your mind processes them, but you lack the words or the self awareness to detect them. So there’s always value to the gut feeling.

  2. So true! I had a gut feeling serous fear of a classmate years ago. I felt a certain dark energy and soulless energy emanating from him and I felt I should stay away from the guy. Months later I heard on the news that he killed three young women in a triple shooting! 💀
