Let’s ignore why we’re here and make up stories to support diverting more national resources to military industrial complex and instead of diplomacy and peaceful coexistence, try to use threat and conflict to force our view on others!! Russia didn’t want any of this! US through NATO and the confederation of vassal states of Europe built Ukraine into an enemy on the border of Russia! Russia has already tried to 3 times to resolve this conflict with diplomacy in Minsk 1,2 and Istanbul in march 2022, but US don’t want peace with Russia, but to reenact Afghanistan on Russian again and they’re failing miserably! Russia doesn’t want or need more territories, but to live with peaceful neighbors, not rabid Russia haters with support from a US run military alliance!! Russia only targets legitimate military targets and not civilian infrastructure so long as it is not used for military purposes. So if didn't plan to used their navy there or receive military equipment through there, they would be able to trade civilian goods. Look beyond the propaganda please!

They will not throw thousands of of Russian soldiers away and clash with the well positioned and dug-in Ukrainian forces head-on! They'll have to destroy half of the city to wrestle it out of Ukrainian hands! They don't have enough men to spare trying to take a 1,000,000 population city that is important to them historically and full of Russian speakers! Russia will defeat Ukraine slowly and in time there will be a handover of the city without destroying it! Why I make that prediction is that Ukraine is not planning on negotiating, but fighting a losing war as a proxy for the US, because their government is a puppet and has zero care for so many Ukrainian losses as well as the guaranteed carving out the country of Ukraine to a much smaller poorer and weaker landlocked Ukraine! Zelensky has English citizenship and a villa in Miami and possibly one in Italy. Has at least 500 million dollars in the bank! He'll escape when Ukrainians finally decide to stop this!

And you can easily predict that the conflict won’t end till Russia completely destroys Ukraine and imposes unconditional surrender on them! Why, because US and NATO are still committed to sacrificing Ukraine as they never had a plan B and don’t want to accept that they’ve lost, so they sacrifice Ukrainians to the last Ukrainian for a totally avoidable war!

  31. Too generalized of information. Most of the things you suggest as negative features can be overcome with more roads and air. And the reason Iraq could hold off Iran for 6 years is not one or two things. There are a host of them. From military support to Iraq from the west as well as Russia to providing Aerial photos of Iranian positions to Iraqis to lack of leadership in Iranian military thanks to the revolutionary regime Killing off most top generals and the rest scaping the country. Mismanagement, lack of coordination and trained troops. Lack of supplies and military equipment. The issue wasn't geography so much as other factors. Do a Google Earth search for Basrah area and see all the defensive mounds they erected to protect the city. So even on flat surfaces you can create earthworks that stifle the enemy. Combined with enough artillery and air support, there's no progress possible on those flat lands! Being an ally to United States is more of an advantage than any geographic disadvantage! You can do whatever you want and get away with it and anybody touching your country would get bombed and invaded by the US!!
