  1. It's not just that. The other half is explained by Noam Chomsky as the worthy victims vs unworthy victims! If you're a victim of the US, NATO and their allies, you're collateral damage if not just considered a combatant based on your age and gender, regardless of being an innocent civilian! If you're a victim of a US "adversary" then you're cherished like flower petals! Serbians we're white/Slavic as well, but victims of the US!

It's weird to see refugees being treated like helpless and innocent human beings, because for the past 22 years every refugee has been coming from a place US or allies had invaded, bombed or regime changed ... yeah, those brown undesirable people that we exported democracy to their land (stealing their resources)!! And those refugees were not treated like humans and their casualties we're hidden and classified as collateral damage...
