He can’t predict every battle or operation that takes place, but he looks at capabilities, resources and equipment of the armies and makes a educated guess on the outcome. It obviously favors Russia as they have superiority in Air Force, anti air, anti missile, missile, artillery, quantity of ammunition, electric warfare, drones, supply lines! They only have smaller number of soldiers deployed compared to Ukrainians. Additionally, the Russians have not targeted critical infrastructure to cripple the Ukrainians till this week. It could get much more brutal if they turn up the heat. So, how exactly is Ukraine going to win this? And how’s Scott wrong specifically??

  33. 9:17 I think you need some military experts on to describe what’s actually going on! 1-The hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian dead are mostly the military personnel who are the targets. Russia does not target civilians! You see an attack every month and every time it is a Ukrainian anti aircraft missile going stray and killing their own people! The reason Mariupol and Bakhmut are raised to the ground is that the Ukrainian forces chose to hide in civilian buildings and conduct their war in cities! Russians will happily wipe them out in the fields and keep the cities in pristine condition!! 2- Ukrainians have been shelling civilians in Donetsk for 8 years and still doing with HIMARS. They are the ones committing the war crimes by deliberately shelling civilians! Russian air defenses are the best in the world and Ukrainians can’t pull off a long range attack on Moscow, so instead they use terrorist cell attacks from within the Russian territory with smaller drones. There’s literally footage of British officer teaching them how to make bombs shown on a western channel and they’re proud of it. As Scott Ritter polite it, in war the civilian to military casualty ratio is usually 1:2 and in this conflict it is around 1:10 if I remember correctly. Which is a huge difference. Russians can flatten every building if they wanted to wipe out Ukrainians in city buildings, but there’s a practice of holding civilians hostage in the basements to prevent Russians from bombing the buildings flat and have to engage them in urban warfare which costs a lot of Russian soldiers lives.

US, NATO and Ukraine have shown their true colors and how untrustworthy and downright hateful they are towards Russian! They used Mink 1 & 2 treaties as time to rearm and restart hostilities! Do you really think this time will be different! What incentive does Russia has to cease hostilities when they lost tens of thousands of young men to stop NATO encroachment, just to give up and let them resume in five years??? Russia will finish the job once and for all! They’ll subdue the Zelensky regime and accept only complete surrender! Let’s not forget they had a peace agreement in March of 2022 and Boris Johnson convinced Zelensky to continue the conflict instead of negotiating a peace deal! The time to talk is over!
