The reason cities of Ukraine are flattened is that the Ukrainian military doesn’t face Russians on the fields, instead they hide in the cities and make those civilian buildings legitimate military targets! If Russians wanted to kill civilians they could be like Americans bombing Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki!!
