  1.  @crforfreedom7407  Bought a new home and the front deck railing were all rotted in 8 years. I was surprised to find out only 10 screws on the original builder's work. All the other fasteners were 18- 16 gauge nail gun fasteners quickies. No wonder 1 was able to demolished the entire deck very quickly despite having severe arthritis on my hands and arms.
