Now that story you have were bury by the top brass of FORD as they tried to wait out the warranty. For those that pushed hard on these issues, the Ford Blame Game department will be there to serve you and calling you an idiot and careless owner.

Someone removed a relay and left it empty ? Gees wizz. That is exactly the type of mechanic people that loves you as his personal wallet.

The only thing is good is in the photo before destruction.

Simply the owner could have pick everything up into a no brainer no cost cheap paper box. Afterwards all he has to do is to splatter all that junks all over his car again. Or maybe throw that box in the trash where it belongs.

The smoke were, you have the James Bond special option. The sqeeky noise are the rubber ducky toy bath tub option also comes free with the "007 "package.
3
It's an ADDED Value free RAT 🐀 noise package from GM.
3
@Rambogner You can say that again. Until the patient finds out all the wrong prescriptions or over prescription were not able to fix them but contributes to new problems.
3
@NemoConsequentae It only gets worse with more he touches.
2
Nah, nothing Crazy Glue can't fix.
2
Now your car have a weight reduction. Even the factory engineers can't do.
2
Really hard to found a good and honest mechanic these days.
2
If you can't afford a fire red Ferrari to get attention, this red one is it.
2
How did UK Ford handle that?

@davefarnsworth6127 Scotty K. says Toyota have perfected the rust free Toyotas.
2
If you put a LS engine in that without stretching the body & frame, you'll have to move the driver sit and steering back to the rear hatch cargo space.

@georgiafan6618 Plenty of Ford Double Clutch automatics Focus were in the BLAME GAME department and End Game program. Software updates and fake adjustments were all fakes just to stall customer's warranty claims till it's expired. Those were so called lucky clients that pushed very hard were given a transmission replacement of the same problematic design that the factory engineers can't solve or the top brass refused to update and upgrade. In reality most other brands dealerships insiders knew FORD problematicly reluctant to fix them. Quietly telling all trade in into their dealerships not 🚫 to take them junks in for trades. By offering ridiculous extremely low trade in $ value just to encourage the owners sell it themselves. That's how low it can get. It's a dirt business.

I remembered back in the late 1970s my local VW dealership replacing everything from fuel guage, guage stabilizer relay, and fuel float bulb sender unit just trying to fix the dam gauge that drops to "0" with full tank of gasoline while driving on highway. That senior chief MASTER TECHNICIAN or shop foreman simply told me what's wrong without a complete diagnosis. Not even check the wirings. Keep changing parts. They rev the engine inside the garage for signs of guage indicator drops to simulate the highway affects to the gas guage problem. Can't solve the problem and the guage kept showing E for empty after a good highway drive. Very disappointed. Only later I took it to another VW dealership with a young mechanic at his mid twenties done a wiring diagnosis and discovered it was just a simple slightly loose wire connection under the back seat where the fuel flow sender comes out to the wire to the dashboard fuel guage. Even he was shocked from the parts replacement paperworks of the original VW dealership. The moral of the story was when the car was driven on the highway the real world condition has vibrations and it caused the connection to shake loose contact even it looks like it's still inside the wire connector. A through out diagnosis is required before claiming a part replacement are nessassy. All he did was disconnected the connection clean and crump the female contact tighter. A flat 1 hour. dealership service fee with tax on the bill was very reasonable. It was solved ever since. That misdiagnosed costed me plentiful of $ from the original dealership. The entire VW car product was another story. I never buy another one of that brand ever since.

It's a vehicle suits for Christmas lights lovers😍. 😘

Looks like a good job. But! Adding a split wire protector sleeve covers over any exposed newly introduced (+) wires gives that factory AAA quality protection from the wire gets rubbing sharp metal auto body and engine bay heat that can deteriorate the wire's plastic sheathing. Then zip lock ties everything secure to the cool side under the hood frame or along side with the factory protected wiring. Yep it will cost more time & $. It's really up to the owner for this option of is it worth it?

@Random-ed2xf Exactly.✔️ I didn't check my rear brake light before taking for inspection. They charged me the local inspection fee + $60 installation fee + a $10 new light bulb + tax.😱 I got really speechless and almost fainted as the service advisor told me and pass me the bill when pickup my car.

I once brought my no problem Chevy for GM steering rack factory recall. Afterward a few days later I almost got kill when I try to make a right hand turn inside the city and got super stuff and won't turn. Luckily the brakes works. Took it back to the same certified GM service department, they told me they have to install a brand new rack and pinion replacement. Then he said it it goes wrong again I have to pay for the next replacement.😱 I was shocked from the service representative. In my mind ,"WTF".😟

An artificial RAT added value from GM

I would use silicone or other sealants at the joining areas of the exterior plastic air intake first before buying a replacement plastic piece. Sometimes it's poor manufacturer design or lousy quality. Even buying a new piece may only solve the problem temporarily. Let it dry and double check ✔️ and reseal another outer layer,, wait dry before test with the garden hose. If all goes well it's a done deal. If not buy the part and play it again Sam.

Imagine all that fluid drop on your head.

But it top secret. It really doesn't matter. The Ford's " Blame Game department" should serve your issue. Good luck with your lottery.

I remembered my brand new 1996 Chevy Lumina Van has only 7000 kilometers or approximately 3500 miles and the brakes were all vibrating and noisy. With the Chevy warranty covers bumper to bumper for 3 years. But Chevy says those are wearable items and were not covered. Called the GM manufacturer representative and sadly it's the owner's expense and were my fault. Thanks for their help and their great training. That was my last GM product since How do you like them apples?

There's hybrid cars AC are optional sold in region were cool most of the year. Get it?

@Lancemechanics I have encountered mechanics torque a 78 ft/ lb alloy rims close to 300 ft/ lb. That is when I got a flat from a nail slow leak and able to get home with an air pump. That is when I pull my electric impact wrench with a max 250 ft/ lb can't even get it loose. Decades later another monkey did the same to my just 3 years old car again all all 4 steel rims.

The poor fellow who purchased it got poorer afterwards.@kevinmitchell766

What kind of dumb animal does that cross threading plus over tightening those lug nuts by not just one mistake but multiple?
1
People don't like wheel lock nuts should replace it with regular OEM nuts. You don't want your wheel fly off onto someone's car.

Nothing a tube of bolt sealer can't handle.
1
They might as well delete the front sway bar. I doubt that it needed it at snail pace.
1
Hit a pothole? What size is that pothole. More like this mod boy racer got ditched by pure driver stupidity.
1
It only means that door wasn't used for years.
1
Should use a weak oscillating tool with a narrow flat scraper blade would speeds things up.
1
GM = Gross Management
1
The damage looks really minor or major ? Hitting a pothole of the size of a Olympic swimming pool is a silly describtion of a pothole.
1
What honesty does FORD do in this case for their clients ?
1
Just replaced the rotors from the junk yards.
1
Needed a new engine or completely overhaul? Good luck with your friendly FORD dealership.
1
The stealership meant they Scotch pad ripped the rotors. Then calling it machined.😅😂😅😂
1
Looks like FORD's " Blame Game department" will handle that.
1
It's been out since the mid 1980s. Over 40 years of development in vain for a very bad architecture design originally from Dr. Wankel of Germany. Another great Germany technology goes kaboom.
