  2. I once brought my no problem Chevy for GM steering rack factory recall. Afterward a few days later I almost got kill when I try to make a right hand turn inside the city and got super stuff and won't turn. Luckily the brakes works. Took it back to the same certified GM service department, they told me they have to install a brand new rack and pinion replacement. Then he said it it goes wrong again I have to pay for the next replacement.😱 I was shocked from the service representative. In my mind ,"WTF".😟
