  1.  @Lancemechanics  I have encountered mechanics torque a 78 ft/ lb alloy rims close to 300 ft/ lb. That is when I got a flat from a nail slow leak and able to get home with an air pump. That is when I pull my electric impact wrench with a max 250 ft/ lb can't even get it loose. Decades later another monkey did the same to my just 3 years old car again all all 4 steel rims.
