  2. We all knew US 's American Build Better Initiatives was a total failure. Any huge projects with US name on it is like having High Speed Rails coast to coast of US planned 60 years ago. While Indian is still having huge problems of infrastructures plans to become reality. Most of the older India's projects were incomplete and unpaid to the creditors and business partners participants. The true color of YS is it doesn't build.
