  1. Canadian voters wants GREEN this and that. Then the government add taxes and fees and red tapes on all energies from heating oil, natural gas, propane, gasoline, and even clean energies like electricity. Every level of the domino effects retail, parts, supplies delivery to construction, equipment up grade, maintenance workers, all utilities & management all get hit. Property tax of most province only goes up. That means land value to buildings values goes up. Then the insurance goes up. The smaller landlords are disappearing fast when the rules, red tapes are in favor for the big conglomerates and not the small 100% privately owned landlords. So only snow and rain comes down.
