  2. They should act sooner instead of monitor the numbers once the offshore breakout exploded. The wise would be act quickly and early. Because virus don't wait or sign peace treaty. Even elites don't have special privileges dealing with viruses. Canada should act earlier close all borders and restrictions except for supplies lines. It could have saved Canada billions $ instead of spending billions $$$$$$$$. Now we are getting exponential growth of virus infection while stock market drops to rock bottom. Not very smart management.
