But with clean oil and filter change more often will reduce wear and stress better when it often sees high rpm. Just remember a person often revs their engines at 6000 rpm or more will definitely going to wear lot more than the other guy at only 2500 - 4000 rpm. going to the same route. Most automatic transmission cars when floors on D mode momentarily doesn't always mean it reach to max rpm. Therefore read your tech gauge.
