  2. I have said it again and again, Mazda put a real simple one piece non removable hard top on that dam thing so the rest of us can enjoy it in miserable weather or at cooler climates. Not everyone wants a soft top or a removable targa top. The plus side were less chance of leaks and other problem, less maintenance, less wind noise, lighter overall body weight, stiffer body structure, and finally it is cheaper to build. It also means better performance on the road.
