  1. In Canada a lot of people don't know how to pass. They speeds up just enough on left , then do a quick change lane back and cut in front of me while I am driving at constant speed even there's no cars in front of them and plentiful of free road ahead of them. I had to apply brakes to slow down my car to avoid hitting them at the rear. They should learn more about passing by reading the driver manual.
