As soon as US workers got job, they join the US Communist Workers Unions to force bargaining agreements and strikes if not goes their way. Their bosses can't deal with that type of attitudes. Causes businesses interruptions, money losses, lockouts, and factory closures. Maybe you are too young, still in diaper or not even born at that time to remember all the above.
