  1. US itself can't produce the high or low end lithography machines. It only owns a few intellectual property or patents in the making of the lithography machine. But US restricted and threatened ASML of Netherlands not to sell the latest advance lithography machines for high end CHIPS to slow down the speedy progress of CHINA. Due to CHINA have surpassed US in writing, programing, and using the CHIPS in the high tech sectors. That's the fact.

  4. ​@batsnackattack Get it straight, butt. US itself can't produce the machines for high end CHIPS. US has a few patents in the Netherlands ASML that make the high end CHIPS. But US demand and threaten ASML not to sell the high end lithography CHIP machine or face consequences. This is the important part you didn't know or didn't care to mention.
