@MarkYeung1 If the person has a long established stay in US and CANADA, they have a long list of tax consequences and benefits owe back to their government . Only people who are in North America in a short stay can avoid that complication. Go check it yourself. In Canada lots of recent Asian immigrants are moving back to Asia . It's the pasture they discovered was their own country. US and Canada has become a dump in the recent 50 years. The world has changed.
