  1. First of all, Russian did target on civilians, it is fact, you can't dispute that. Secondly, who has bombed the hospital in Gaza as the media didn't mention who claimed the responsibility. Therefore you can't compare between Ukrainian war and Israel-Gaza war, they're different subjects.
