What if putin is no more and body double is heading kremlin backed war effort....It is suspected that putin's new year speech was computer generated and filmed at 260 quality instead of usual 760 to try and hide the fact...videos of voice experts have said that speeches (of late) by putin are different than some years ago.....in the way words are pronounced etc....
