China made a sensible proposal to the EU to collaborating in investing in Africa, but the EU refuses, they don't want to work together with Africa to invest in the development of Africa, but want to compete with China....... And the EU protects France in maintaining their neo-colonial system in Africa and condemned the coups in the Sahel states, under the disguise of "restoring democracy" - most african states are just puppet regimes to serve the interests of their neo-colonial masters, no democracy at all!
