  2. Let's first make Ukrain less dependent on Russian gas, and then the whole war threat is gone. I'm sure Ukrain could need some investments in energy sector and increase energy effiiency, they had decades of cheap russian gas but did not invest in lowering gas consumption and increase energy efficiency, just the oligarchs pocketing the huge gas profits. Now they blame russia for increased gas prices and gas shortages......
