  1. There should be a highway (and rail corridor allongside it) all the way from Egypt (Cairo) through Libya, Tunesia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauretania to Dakar (Senegal), and from there a connection to the Sahel states (Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Sudan).

  2. Isn't there the african highway from Algiers (algeria) all the way to Lagos (Nigeria), connecting Nigeria, Niger and Algeria? Algeria and Morocco don't have good relationships unfortunately.
