  2. Libya should try and do a project like Great Green Wall (China, Sahel) and plant trees to push back the Sahara from the north. In the proces, it could create more arable land.

  4. There isn't a catastropic oli & gas problem for Russia, they can deliver it anywhere in the world, the catastrophy is for europe to get oil & gas in sufficient supplies from other countries....

  6. 1. Move people out of the area & provide oxygen masks & set up monitoring stations that monitors CO2 concentration in the air & in the water. 2. Set up a plant (at safe distance) that sucks out the water deep below & extract the methane & use the water to feed algae => produce methane & bio fuels from algae

  7.  @teteteteta2548  Yes , of course, the Chinese have accumulated a lot of experience on what works and not, they are exporting their expertise to central asia and saudi arabia, many noth african and sahel countries could need some help from China too, the Great Green Wall of Africa project has been stagnated (political instability and extermist islamist groups being the primary reason).
