Libya should try and do a project like Great Green Wall (China, Sahel) and plant trees to push back the Sahara from the north. In the proces, it could create more arable land.

@teteteteta2548 Yes , of course, the Chinese have accumulated a lot of experience on what works and not, they are exporting their expertise to central asia and saudi arabia, many noth african and sahel countries could need some help from China too, the Great Green Wall of Africa project has been stagnated (political instability and extermist islamist groups being the primary reason).
