  1. It is a pure illusion that we can ditch natural gas so easiliy. Due to the gas blockade and North stream pipeline sabotage, europa will face cold winters and exorbitant gas prices. Natural gas brought by pipeline now has to be brought by LNG tankers, costing a multitude of money, and increasing the amount of emissions....... Meanwhile in the Netherlands many companies and households try to ditch gas and transition to electricity. But then they forget that the electricity network is not accomodated for this increased demand, and it will costs years to increase the grid capacity, and the catch-all is that all elecrtricity generation requires natural gas to bridge the gap between production and demand, which renewables can't as they are intermittent sources...... What a joke, a bad joke that is.
