they will built a hyperloop under the wal!

Japan should build a large ocean going vessel that can withstand typhoons easily, and put these windturbines on the vessel, and store the energy in the form of hydrogen. Typhoons on sea are even stronger then on land.
3
They are doing that already...

How would it be different from a bridge/under sea floor tunnel? Risk is similar.
2
It would have been faster to not built it under the sea floor (lot of digging) but in the water 50m below sea level. Norway is planning to construct a floating tunnel this way through fjords.
2
The only solution would be to use thermal isolation that also protects the tube from any outside damage.
2
It connects noone to nowwhere, and you need first lay 3000 km of rail through the coldest and harshest environment on earth. If it gets built it is not before 2040 or later. First they should do Sakhalin to mainland russia bridge or tunnel and then connect Sakhalin to Japan (not planned yet, political not viable at the moment).

Hydrogen generation, can be stored long time, or you can produce methanol from hydrogen en carbon dixoide and store long time

hyperloop can only be a single line or small network. hyperloop does not have a switch, so you can not add intermediate stations on a long route. hyperloop scales badly - increase in diamterer of tube (for comfortable size pods and room to walk, use toilet, etc) would quadruple the costs for the tube - any new station would also quadruple the amount of tubes to be built to connect it to all other stations (for N stations you need 2*N^2 tube to interconnect them both ways), as any tube can only connect between 2 stations. For a goods transport hyperloop might actually be good, since it could be small size, and it is not a problem that it does not directly connect between all the stations.

1. why not thermal insulation using EPS (expanded polystyrene)?
1
is there any standard committee for hyperloop, so it is decided on the diameter of tube and pods (and goods container), since it would otherwise result in different incompatible standards.
