  1. The BUK rocket as identified by JIT had a serial number indicating that it was manufactured in 1986 and had an expiration date of 2011. Russian army no longer has that old type of BUK in operation. Ukrain had those BUK launchers in operation near the launch site at the date of the downing of MH17 and turned all their radar stations down that day. Ukrain is part of the JIT and can veto any publication of evidence, if that does not suit them. Like the Ukrain govt. chopped the trees where the bullets entered that were shot by snipers in the Maidan that shot protestors and policemen, to blame it on the govt to perform a coup d'etat. So that is how trsutworthy Ukrain is in handling important evidence. I don't say and don't know if Ukrain is to blame for this, but in all reasonability they COULD have been the perpetrator (having the means, being at or near the location, having the motive for "false flag" AND having the control over what evidence is ever published) and just because of that, should NOT have been part of the investigation team. Launch site ukrain or rebel controlled is a difference of may 2-5 km, how can measurement of angle of attack/impact be so precise to tell the difference with absolute certainty? We can not. One thing is sure. Wether Russia did it or not, Russia is going to be blamed. If Ukrain was the real perpetrator, then the evidence of that will never be made public. THAT is what we can know for sure. The rest is a matter of what story you belief to be true.
