  1. Ukrain and US have no interest in a peacefull solution, because the existence of (what is perceived as) a "russian threat" gives them leverage in blocking Nordstream 2. It's all about the gas issue. Meanwhile europeans pyaing the price for increased gas prices because europe now has to deliver gas to Ukrain from German gas reserves, while gas shortages increase and gas price keep high....
