  1. In a stronger gravity field, I guess an orbital plane would be the way to reach orbit, maybe a 2 or 3 stage approach, bringing you high enough so that the air is less dense and you could increase the speed, and use the plane as a platform to launch a rocket that can reach orbital speed.
