  1. How was the government able to seize Silk Road's Bitcoin??? Kaiser spent most of the interview talking about how it was out of the government's reach and that he lost he own in a tragic boating accident (if anyone comes knocking). So then, why didn't Silk Road's owner also lose his in a tragic boating accident??? What am I missing here?

  2.  @rumfordc  Thank you for responding. So the government hacked the accounts to get the keys? If they could do that to anyone, then is the advantage of Bitcoin essentially that the govt would have to devote an inordinate amount of time and resources to access everyone's accounts instead of having them be easily accessed/controlled in banks?
