  1. Not only does RFK Jr qualify for being above 15%, he is also the ONLY candidate with ballot access in any of the states right now. Until Biden and Trump are officially nominated, neither has any ballot access, so if CNN is going to cross its T's and dot its I's , it needs to do it across the board.

  10. The duopoly changed the rules as a result of Perot's campaign to make sure a third party or independent candidate would never get debate access again. Both sides are in this together.

  17. You don't vote on delegates, you vote for a candidate. The candidate who gets the most votes in your state sends their own delegates to the electoral college. RFK JR has his own electoral college delegates in each state.
