  3. RFK JR. gave a very complete explanation today on his channel and it makes sense. The judge chose to ignore the constitution which SUPERCEDES STATE LAW. He took the advice of his attorney in good faith when he filed his NY residency and that precludes him from being accused of fraud. Do you research instead of parroting DNC LIES.

  4.  @illmatic-ue2im  Expats, even those absent for decades, also qualify as residents of their former states for election purposes, because it is assumed they INTEND to return there even if they no longer pay any state income taxes or have any licenses, businesses or property in the state. The judge declared that she was not ruling based on the Constitution which SUPERCEDES state law. She is just plain wrong.
