  1. The U.S. is the only country that follows its citizens around the globe collecting income taxes from them if they earn more than $80k per year. They have reciprocity agreements with most European nations with regard to Social Security/retirement; Upon retirement, the payor/insured is almost invariably better off drawing on the non-U.S. pension plan because all those countries pay more generously than U.S. Social Security. Americans get scr_wed from every angle. The U.S. needs treat its own working class citizens a LOT better.

  2. You are misunderstanding what she is saying. She never claimed the mandates were lawful/constitutional , and further, she did not state that any judge putting an injunction in place is doing anything other than blocking whatever action is being sought UNTIL the matter can be sorted out in litigation. Her whole point is that injunctions are nothing more than TEMPORARY holds against a questionable action that needs further scrutiny by the courts, and that they can serve both positive and negative purposes.
